The Challenge
Heavy fouling and coating breakdown were increasing fuel burn. The owner needed a durable system with a long docking interval and measurable fuel savings.
Our Solution
Steel was blasted to SA 2.5, primed with a high-solids epoxy anticorrosive, then finished with a self-polishing antifouling for a smooth, low-drag hull.
The Result
Delivered on schedule with an estimated 6–8% fuel saving and a projected 60-month clean-hull interval.
